Under her leadership, Alden Home has grown from a start-up to a thriving enterprise, renowned for its high-quality furniture collections.
Previously, Lynne served as a founding Director and Board Member of Pinnacle Bank, guiding its growth during its first decade to achieve over $200MM in deposits. At Kellogg Company, she spearheaded market expansion as Southeast Division Manager, building broker networks, launching new product lines, and capturing a 10% market share in Florida.
As President of Paramount Promotions, Inc., she developed impactful marketing campaigns, secured corporate underwriting, and led public awareness initiatives. Her efforts included collaboration with regulatory agencies and client consultants to deliver strategic presentations in public forums.
Lynne’s expertise extends to her dedicated service on the Boards of several charitable organizations, reflecting her commitment to both professional excellence and community impact.
Khrys McArdle, a Professional Engineer with over 25 years of experience in civil engineering, statistical analysis, marketing, and contract management, brings a wealth of expertise to his role as Senior Vice President of Alden Home Furniture, LLC.
In his position, he oversees daily operations, product design, manufacturing, and quality control, as well as the company’s overseas operations. Khrys also manages IT systems, website design and maintenance, accounting, inventory control, warehouse operations, and the creation of promotional materials. Together with Ms. McArdle, he has played an integral role in driving the growth and success of this thriving business.
Previously, as Senior Marketing Representative for Alberta & Southern Gas Company, Khrys managed the sale and purchase of Canadian natural gas on the spot market, conducted market research for California and Pacific Northwest regions, and supervised over 600 pipeline transportation contracts. He also played a pivotal role in starting up ANG Gas Marketing, overseeing its initial operations.
Khrys’s multifaceted skill set, and leadership continue to contribute significantly to the innovation and expansion of Alden Home Furniture.

Drawing inspiration from his extensive travels, Gary has mastered diverse craftsmanship, textures, and treatments to create standout designs that redefine quality and artistry.
As Product Visionary at Alden Home Furniture, Gary leads the design, development, and refinement of the company’s collections. He oversees the manufacturing processes ensuring each piece embodies unparalleled craftsmanship. His meticulous attention to globally sourced veneers highlights their depth and vibrancy. Since joining Alden Home, Gary has introduced numerous successful collections that embody his vision for Alden Home.
During his 25-year tenure at Lane Furniture, Gary played a pivotal role in its success, leading innovative merchandising strategies and launching iconic licensed collections like America, Eddie Bauer. His Hollywood-style productions for department stores such as Macy’s and Bloomingdale’s further showcased his ability to align bold designs with market demands.
Following his tenure at Lane, Gary pursued his own furniture manufacturing business, integrating global influences into impactful designs. He later joined Alden Home Furniture, where his creativity and expertise continue to contribute to shape the company’s legacy of excellence.
