Click on Register for Online Access on the Alden Home website and then complete and submit the application. Once approved, you will receive an automated email with your log-in and password. Once you have your log-in and password, you can follow the prompts to place an order online. This will allow you access to finishes and inventory available by item and pricing.

Alden Home uses furniture freight companies to ship our products. We also work with White Glove Delivery companies should you have orders shipped directly to the customer’s address.
Charges are based on the number of items, weight and cubic meters of the order and zip code of the destination. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in High Point, NC.

Yes. Contact Customer Service to confirm the shipping details for multiple locations when placing your order.
When a customer order is ready for shipment, an invoice is generated along with the BOL (Bill of Lading). Once picked up by the freight company, all customers receive an email copy of the invoice and signed BOL with the tracking number. This number will allow you to track the progress of your delivery through the freight company.

There is a 35% restocking fee plus the cost of freight for any returned order. A credit will be issued upon receipt of the product once received in good condition.

Yes. Our showroom is located in the IHFC Building in High Point, NC at IH310. We also maintain our Alden Home Design Gallery year-round at our warehouse located at 705 Baker Court, High Point, NC 27263.
Items in-stock will generally ship within 2-weeks once the order has been confirmed and an O/A (Order Acknowledgement has been issued. Upholstery is made at the time of the order. Shipping dates will be confirmed with each individual order.
All Alden Home furniture is pre-assembled except beds. The hardware for all beds is pre-installed, making assembly simple. Contact your receiver to arrange assembly.
We accept payment by check, credit card, and ACH transfer.
Scheduling for the manufacture or shipping of an item is begun upon receipt of the order and issuance of the O/A (Order Acknowledgement). Cancellations after 5-business days from the Order Acknowledgement date will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee at Alden Home’s discretion.
